The stamp is so like our gentle black rescue cat, Thaddeus. He was half feral, terrified, in a kill shelter and had heartworm disease (unknown at the time), FIV+ (not a big deal), and ended up with melanoma in one eye, so we had to have that eye removed. He is the most gentle sweet boy.
We drove 7 hours to pick him up, two days after my beloved 18-year-old cat passed away. I had told my husband my heart was too broken to adopt again, but then read about Thaddy. So off we went.
His favorite thing is to lay on his back while my husband dangles a bee toy. He swats at it a bit but mostly licks it and wiggles his legs. And he is always ready for and asking for treats - including at 5:00 a.m. when breakfast apparently should be served. Our vet made us put him on a diet.
I made this for my husband - birthday is tomorrow!

Bwaahahahahahaha! What a giggle-maker!
I believe that my adopted calico is partly feral ... and even today I carry 3 'lines of her discipline' on my arm, because that beloved human simply gets things wrong so often! Band-Aid should have a monthly box program. ;)

I laughed when I saw your card. Just like my orange male. He loves to lay on his back and play but if I did that with my female I’d have scratches! I love how you personalized it with your sentiment.
Oh, I love this! So glad you shared your story behind the image! Makes it so heart warming! Adorable kitty image and card! LOVE IT! Give your sweet kitty pets for me!
