Thanks for a fun and easy challenge today, Karen! It made for a fun background for my cute cupcake bear! I used a stencil that I thought looked like kind of a confetti/party feel to it. I sponged Spun Sugar and Broken China and then shifted the stencil just a bit before I went and traced every...single....little...circle. It took a long time. The bear and his cupcake and balloon are cut out all as one piece by my ScanNCut and popped up.
I did indeed combine this with a DTGD challenge--Jeanne's.

That is the crazy thing I would have tried doing once , or even these days if work was the old normal. Fantastic effect, perfect for a party. And I do love those GSD images.
