I like THREE elements on a card--I think it brings a sense of balance. Especially for a card that will bring Wonderful Wishes for someone's birthday!
Embossed yellow CS with the EF & adhered it to aqua CS above a piece of the DSP. Added a ribbon across the center & adhered to the card front.
The negative die-cuts were left over after die-cutting the flowers (?) from shimmery CS for another card. I ran them thru the Xyron & attached them to aqua CS, & popped them up with dimensional tape.
The dragonflies were punched out of a scrap of watercolored background paper leftover from another project. I added some WOS to them to make them sparkle.
Heat-embossed the sentiment on a strip of aqua CS, fussy-cut a banner, & popped it up on the card front. Added some bling.
TFL!

Beautiful! Love the design and the bright colors. Good for you using left-over pieces for this cheerful card. The sparkly dragonflies are a nice touch. Great texture! Well done.

How cool is this! I love 3's on a card as well. Your ribbon and just everything from the dragonflies and patterned and embossed paper looks wonderfully put together!
