I applied oxide ink to an acrylic block, misted with water, then stamped on the watercolor paper. I repeated that process with the different inks and when it was completely dry I used the sunshine stencil and blueprint sketch oxide ink for the heart and rays. I stamped the sentiment and embossed with black ep. I got the idea for this card from one done by Karen Dunbrook last month. I'm going to do a few of these to send to our grandkids. Here's the link to Karen's beautiful card.
