I belong to a group of 6 cardmakers who post a card each week to a private Facebook group. We either have a theme or one member mails a stamped image to each of us to use on a card. This was this week's stamped image. I found a roll of wallpaper border at the thrift store. It had sea and sky plus some whales. I partially cut out the image after coloring it with Prismacolor pencils. I used the sky and sea part of the wallpaper for those elements. I cut out my image as well as the wavy frame with a die. Also cut the hello with a die. I punched the tiny flowers with a Punch Bunch corner die. Shaped the flowers and glued them to the hat and shrubs. Added liquid pearls to the flower centers and the polka dots on her dress.
