I started by drawing the face, pierced holes and embroidered the face, the hat is made out of the same paper as the layer, I've added some flowers to the hatand used a mosquito netting for the "voile" I've colored the face with pencils, there's a bit of green in the dsp and in the little bouquet.

Just Fantastic!! Love that you even had some veiling - I do remember when that was all the vogue on hats - for some reason that bit of veiling pulled over the face made women Look (and feel) mysterious.
