 | | This has got to be a record...I've never been this early with a TLC, unless it's my challenge! I'm heading out of town but wanted to post something for Anita's cool challenge (helps to be a part of the TLC crew and know what the challenge is!). Join us, please!
I had sketched out these 'wonky whatevers'; I think I intended to Zentangle, all I remember is it was for another challenge. I used cardstock, not ever thinking I'd put some ink sprays on it, but it held up alright. I glue painted over my sketch, let it dry, sprayed on the Dylusians ink in primary colors because I knew they would mix ok, then to bring out the design, I used my finger to add a little bronze acrylic to the glue. I didn't worry too much about getting the paint on the base, it's already wonky, what's a bit more wonkiness?! I could still Zen on it, or add a sentiment, or add a few embellishments, but I have to get my act together this morning. Northwoods, here I come! Eagles, loons, thrilling sunsets, quiet, so lucky to have another place to 'be.' |
