I am playing along with Misti's fun DTGD challenge! First I colored my cute trick-or-treaters and then I worked on the sky. The sky started off with a simple dark distress inking and then I adhered a die-cut BOO. After photographing the card I hated the way the lettering looked so I carefully removed it. Sadly the removal tore some of the Distress Inked sky in a few places. After all that yummy coloring I was not about to toss this. So, I started adding watery ink to the sky with acetate. (by inking acetate first there is more control where the ink goes.) I did NOT want to ruin my trick-or-treaters with out-of-control watery ink! Finally I covered up most of the torn paper but I still wasn't 100% happy. A sentiment on a stitched label to the rescue! And no one needs to know, well, except you, my dear reader!
