I love the slant of the main panel on the Sketch Challenge this week. It is a great way to showcase a special image such as the beautiful peony that I used.
I embossed the card base with the Scripty 3D EF for extra texture and then embossed the oval with one of the Greenery EF. The oval is actually a piece of Shimmery White which I coloured with the Light Smoky Slate Stampin' Blends before embossing it. I wanted the panel to be as shimmery as the peony panel. The light background image on the main panel adds detail and helps the peony to stand out.
Thanks for looking.

I really love your deep color card base. the script on it gives just enough texture without detracting from your pretty flowers on the main panel! Beautiful work!

Silvery grey and burgundy are always so elegant together. This card is a classic.
