Wow Mary... I'm sending you a high five for this weeks Color Challenge CC805! I love the fall colors Cajun Craze, Crushed Curry, and Early Espresso, it was easy peasy to include the dessert option of using sunflowers and/or your favorite green! I couldn't resist doing both options!
I did a stonewash type technique on my wood background by inking the Pinewood Plank embossing folder with Craft White Ink. I love the weathered look it gave to the background.
A Rectangle frame and die cut sunflower has been used for a backdrop to accent the bouguet of sunflowers. The sunflowers were stamped in Crumb Cake ink on Whisper White cardstock and colored with Stampin' Write Markers.
A sentiment was stamped in Versamark ink and heat embossed using White embossing powder.
A embroidered ribbon bow was added for the finishing touch.
I hope you join us, you're missing out on all the fun, if you don't! Thank you for taking a look!

This is beautiful LeAnn - I love the sunflowers and how you have accented the early espresso - it makes your sunflowers really pop. The whitewashed background turned out great. I am going to have to try that technique

An amazing card! I adore the die-cut background with the focal sunflowers nestled inside it! Your heat embossing is perfection, love everything about this card, LeAnn!
