This is the 18th of 50 hand-stitched cards that I created in approximately 18 months, 44 of these I gave to my Mom, a master cross-stitcher in probably what will be the largest card set I will ever make, if not the card set that likely took the longest to complete. Yet, it was a labor of love, something I had wanted to create for several years, but I didn't know how to incorporate hand-stitching with card-making. When I was very blessed to watch a YouTube tutorial by Jennifer McGuire, who was introducing a hand-stitching die by Paper Smooches, I knew that this could be my way to incorporate the two.
This is one of the earlier of the hand-stitched pieces, and I added some Spectrum Noir clear sparkle brush pen to the top of the Sizzix fun-foam die-cut to add some sparkle to the message, and to further make the message stand out a bit. I really like the bright pink shade of Passionate Pink by Gina K Designs, her cardstock is a big favorite of mine, and I really love her colored envelopes as well.
Thank you for stopping by to take a closer look at my hand-stitched card, I appreciate it. When you leave a comment, please know that I appreciate your encouraging words.
Have a blessed and enjoyable day, and please be safe and well at this very unusual time.
