Fabulous inspiration on the Pinterest board and with the friendship theme. I selected the pin above for the pretty flowers. I looked through my bin for something to finish or use up and found several stamped leafy branches that I had prepared for the Faux Pressed Flower technique. I selected some Prima flowers and applied a glue stick on the back of each flower making sure it was fully covered. Then I pressed each flower on the leafy branch smoothing it out with my fingers and then with an acrylic block over the whole panel. Next, I dry embossed the panel using an EF with a repeating pattern. In retrospect, a denser pattern would be better, but this one worked okay. I layered the piece on two coordinating colors and then onto a white card base.
I used a thick twine for ribbon. Finished with a friendship sentiment. Thanks for looking!
