Today's Inspiration Challenge is such fun. The one thing I noticed was all the different colours used. I picked this scene for my inspiration, picking up on the colours used. I painted my stamps with watercolour mixture with more pigment than water and stamped, similar to how marker colouring is done. The background has light blue wash along with a light green wash before the grass starts. I have the details which can be found on my blog here.
Thanks for looking.

Kia, this is so beautiful!!! Fall leaves and fall colors are a big favorite of mine, and you have inspired me! Here in Canada, we have to work faster at creating fall leaves, otherwise, we're looking outside at bare tree branches if we're not careful!!!
I really liked the power of your colors, and that you used more pigment than water here, which I think works so well because your colors have a lot of power. It's not easy to create fall on paper, as so often what we see in nature doesn't look realistic, at least I have had that issue--yet, what you have created looks very natural and so beautiful! I love it!!! I think that using that sunny yellow as a matting layer adds such richness and beauty to what you have colored on your focal image, it's wonderful!!! Favorited.
