I used the cling wrap technique for the rainbow background. I put rainbow colors on the cling wrap and spritzed water then added the watercolor paper to soak up the colors.
Once dry I stamped the paw prints and sentiment and finished with a die cut dog on dimensionals.

I find this kind of sad, but maybe I should find it happy. I was told that story at the passing of my last dog. I sure hope we see our furry loved ones again. Your card is so pretty!! I love the colors.
