This is a close-up view of card #17 of 50 hand-stitched cards that I made in an 18-month period, and I gave a large set of 44 of those to my Mom, who is a master cross-stitcher. More information can be found on the main image of this card, but I learned of this technique and of the Paper Smooches hand-stitching die after watching a YouTube tutorial by the wonderful Jennifer McGuire, who was introducing the die and also introduced how to stitch on cardstock using this die.
This view is there to show the stitching details close-up. This was one of my first hand-stitching efforts.
Thank you so much for stopping by for a closer view of my hand-stitched card, I appreciate it so much. When you take the time and the trouble to leave a comment, you truly touch my heart.
Please be safe and stay well during this very challenging, and unusual time.

I luv to see your pretty stitched cards. I was an avid cross stitcher until I started card making, so I appreciate the time involved in creating these cards.
