This is my second card for the DTGD Christmas Challenge
I thought a star would be perfect and decided to make it an embroidery, I've pierced the holes and used a thick yellow glossy embroidery thread, and 1 thinner just a bit darker for the star shape, embellished with golden holographic dots and stamped the shepherd and French Merry Christmas

This is SO GORGEOUS, Anita!!! I love how you used just a slightly darker color to outline the shape of the star, and your stitchwork is fantastic!!! I have created a smaller piece once that was in this same style and I loved doing it and hope to do more. Seeing the tiny shepherd in black in the corner made my heart sing, for this is THE star that brought these shepherds to see their King!!! How encouraging in these very uncertain times that our King is always there watching over us and that He cares.
Favorited, this is just WONDERFUL! Matting this focal image with the same yellow really works so very well, I am loving everything about this piece. Your stitching is in a different universe than what I can do, and I appreciate seeing your master-stitching!!! What a joy!

This is just gorgeous, Anita! I love to embroidery. You have inspired me to maybe give it a try on a card! The simplicity of the stamped shepherds is just perfect!
