I changed the color of the paper and used 2 mats instead Kelly's one mat..
I used recollection 110lb. deep turquoise paper for the base of the card my 1st mat was plain 65 lb white paper. the top mat is Echo parks dots and stripes paper, I used MS 3 corner punch to round the corners on the mats.
Since my card wasn't an Olympics card I used a light turquoise paper with circles. I used the same SU die for the happy birthday as Kelly did. I changed how the happy birthday looked and gave it more color by using Card Stock seeing dots paper in different colors. I mounted strips of paper on a plain sheet of paper diagonally and cut the happy birthday from the seeing dots paper.

This is such a cheerful way to wish a happy birthday to someone. I love polka dots.

Love how Kelly's wonderful card inspired you to do this with the tiny dotted paper and then using the large dot paper for the background. Fun card, MaryJo!
