I never thought I could freehand a thing but decided to freehand my daisy and made it a bit artsy. I did the butterfly freehand, also. It was really fun to do. What? This is my second card to freehand but probably won't do many.
I must tell you I forgot to leave a space for my butterfly like on the tutorial (don't guess you have to do one, anyway) and had the card photographed and ready to go when I realized I forgot it. I went back to the card expecting to ruin it as I made the butterfly. Then, tried to color it white but the turquoise was bleeding through no matter how much white paint I used. I used a bit of grey flannel ink on it to make seperation between the wings. So, I made a butterfly as she did in the tutorial...just different.
I used inks in turquoise (one of my favorite colors) along with yellow and green. The center has a little rusty brown, also.
Added my sentiment and some splatters...all done.

Your colors surrounding the daisy look like a great big bloom too, Brenda! Beautiful color palette & the splatters add nice interest to your free handed painting~
