This technique was quite fun; thank you Sabrina! I started by inking my large flower in cantaloupe then did the rock 'n roll technique using calypso then stamped. Added smaller flowers in cantaloupe then added the grid pattern using my gray marker. I did add a punched gray flower to the large bloom, masked the bloom then sponged and spritzed in calypso.
For the dp, I distressed the edges then sponged in gray. Added the bg dp and coral ribbon/bow. Thanks for stopping by! ~Roberta

Oh, I love the look from the rock and roll. I don't use that often enough! The small flowers look great as accents along with the big one, and the grey and coral is a super colour combination.

This is truly wonderful, Roberta! I love how you have positioned your layers on top, loving the inking technique done on the middle layer and what stunning colors are there, and I like how you have made each layer pop on top of the base layer plus each of the top pieces are matted which brings out the color even more. That neat grid on the top layer along with the stylized flower gives a very cool almost vintage feel but modern too in another sense. That beautiful ribbon really ties it all together. Wonderful!!!
