For this challenge to feature a postage stamp, I went right to this great old NYC stamp (22 cents!!). I stamped the Post Card first, then added the image, sentiment and stamp. I stamped it again on a separate piece of cardstock, colored and cut it out so that the scalloped edges would show. Backed it with gold cardstock, embossed the teal panel and stamped the stamp image in Versamark on the purple.

I noticed some lower denomination real stamps on cards that must have been sitting around for a while. And any time I do faux postage, I have to update my template. Love your colours, and the tone-on-tone background panel.

Striking combination with the bright colors and images, Faith. The NY stamp works well both as your main feature and for the bg panel and that image is wonderful. Thanks for playing in my challenge and treating us to your fun creation.
