I chose Lisa's Peony on Painted Wood. I used different flowers and changed to a portrait layout. The flowers were inked with versamark ink and black, stamped and embossed with clear ep. The various distress inks were stamped and when I was done, I lightly misted with water, to let the inks run just a bit. I don't have great water coloring skills like so many of you, so this method works for me. I determined where I wanted the sentiment and stamped it, then embossed the white panel with the Papertrey woodgrain impression plate, rubbed on a bit of scattered straw ink and attached the flowers. I added a few sequins to dress it up a little. Here's Lisa's pretty card that inspired me.

The technique you used certainly worked, Sue, because these beautiful blooms look water colored to me! What a pretty arrangement and lovely sentiment too~

Your watercoloring turned out beautifully, Sue. I love the texture from your woodgrain dry embossed background and your beautiful watercolored die cut bouquet. TFS my dear friend. Stay safe and Creative. Love and Hugs...Nancy
