It's time for a new Color Challenge at Splitcoaststampers! I'm hosting this week and have chosen the Shaded Spruce, Just Jade and Magenta Madness with our continued dessert option of Christmas in July. My colors are definitely untraditional but I find it fun to change things up!
I went cute again this week with those fun critters in their winter garb. Ink blended the background, Copic colored the images all in colors similar to those of the challenge. The sentiment was die cut from glitter paper and all adhered to a water and paint splattered background.
I hope you'll join us this week for these untraditional Christmas colors, or forgo dessert and use them as you'd like!

This is just a study in how to color. I love your background and I ended up creating a pink ombre background as well. It really makes your little critters pop.

You know, coloring that bear black in the middle was an excellent idea. My eyes were first drawn to the Joy, terrific in white glitter paper, and then straight down to the bear. Wonderful composition.

This is such a joyous Christmas scene. Picked Raspberry is my favorite distress ink color and I love how it looks as the background on your beautiful card. The critters are adorable!
