This is a card I made for my weekly DT post on the CottageCutz Blog. I used the new Lighthouse die to create a graduation card for my friends son. More info and photos on this blog post.
He just graduated from high school and is going to college in the fall (hopefully) on a baseball scholarship.
He will be on a journey for sure his next 4 years. I like to make graduation cards with non-traditional images that relate back to the graduate.
My background paper is from the Stargazer collection from Paper Studio.
I am also entering this in this months DT theme of Rain or Shine - stars is one of the suggested items for the theme.

Nicely done Mary - I often use a journey theme for my graduation cards too - what greater journey than to venture out on one's own at the transition to adulthood & adult responsibilities. This lighthouse says there is a beacon of hope for all out there.
