I made a few water color panels and decided to use an all blue and white one. My three colors of blue Distress inks did not give a lot of variation but did get a unique pattern to the panel. I decided to cut a frame out of it to leave a white frame to the sentiment. I cut the seaweed and shells from another distress ink panel and chose a nice blackberry for the seahorse.

Cool background with the tissue paper.....like the color you chose for the seahorse. Love the contrast. Attractive card. Glad to see your card this week. TFS

BEAUTIFUL!!! I thought the tissue paper & colors looks like something from a water scene when I was working with my tissue paper too. This is WONDERFULLY DONE!!!
