Once the accordion has been assembled, add strips of your favorite washi tape to represent the candles. The leaf punch was used to punch the flames from metallic CS. Fun foam is optional; I used it under the upper portion of the candles on the front panel and under the "HB" sentiment.
I made a similar card in May with this same washi tape... this time I did NOT add stars above the candle flames the length of the card.

Very cool. I was glad to see your template too..I was thinking about what to use for joints in a thread some time back if I did not want to do whole reverse panels.
