Once the accordion has been assembled, add strips of your favorite washi tape to represent the candles. The leaf punch was used to punch the flames from metallic CS. Fun foam is optional; I used it under the upper portion of the candles on the front panel and under the "HB" sentiment.
I made a similar card in May with a different washi and had added stars above the candle flames for the length of the card.

I love this! And I will most definitely be "borrowing" the idea. I can see that the older the birthday celebrant, the longer the card. This is going to be fun!

This is perfect for birthdays -- especially guys. What a fun and funny way to wish them many many happy years. I will definitely have to CASE this one.
