This card is for this week's Tea Party Challenge - Eastward Bound, using this week's terrific sketch.
Such a terrific tea party challenge, Shelly, and being the end of the month, we get to 'tickle' each other! I have had both these Japanese papers for many years. I used the black paper for the kimono sticker, adhering it to the paper and fussy cutting. I then matted this with the the silver c/s and white c/s. Punched 3 layers of the sentiment, once in white, then silver and then the bg dp.
Loved this sketch and will use it again! TFL!

Sue, your card is exquisite and has all the delicate details we associated with Asian art. The little kimono is gorgeous and your mix of patterns in the bg is fabulous. GORGEOUS!!

Ditto what all the other ladies said, this is exquisite Sue. I love how you combined the challenges, that sketch was made for these gorgeous papers. How can you part with them!! This will be treasured by a lucky Teapotter for sure.

I am so partial to Asian art, as we adopted our son from So. Korea many many years ago. This is absolutely stunning, and a wonderful tribute to the art.

Your card is just stunning - love the black, white, silver and the touch of gold. I remember this kimono sticker too - I have it packed away in a box somewhere - again too precious to use
