I don't have any particularly large leaf stamps, I didn't want to bother with printing anything out, so I remembered I'd done a chlorophyll print with a Croton leaf. A friend sent me some plants as a thank you gift and this was one of them. I put the plants outside and they are loving it. If interested in the technique, it's in the tutorials; it is one of my favorites.
The moisture of the duoprinting warped the paper, I didn't bother to flatten it and that's why, I think, there are some pools of color in the center that I can't get rid off. Because of the technique, there is a fair amount of texture on this print. I think I could have made it even darker. I like how the yellow, orange and red turned out. This was fun, thanks!

Really pretty leaves and I like the colors, too. I am so glad you had fun and the real leaf is so cool to have. So glad you played along today.

Very cool leaf, Jean. I love the mix of colors and texture and that you thought out of the box as usual and come up with something very cool. Super background too. Hugz

Wowzers! This is a stunner! It jumps off the gallery page and hollers, "look at me closer"! You did a fabulous job with the blending and bringing this leaf to life!
