This week's Teapotter loves fairies and I love fairies too. And I love this adorable image along with the quote from Arthur Clarke. I hope Barbara likes it as well.
I did use a pen -- Marvy gel pen in silver -- to color the veining on the wings (wish I could take credit for that, but I saw it on another card), the wand, and some doodling for the fairy dust. And, to keep the number of pink hues under 123 (ok, a bit of an exaggeration, but it feels that way sometimes), I ink blended a piece of white cardstock around the border with the same Marvy pink ink I used for the stenciling. Glued the image panel to that panel then popped that one up with foam tape onto the card base.
Hope you are all having a wonderful day filled with your kind of magic. TFL.

Oh my gosh this is beyond adorable Debbie and so perfect for the challenge. Your colouring blows me away, I could only count 108 shades of pink, but it is probably the bad light at my end. I digress, your card is wonderful, I'm sure Barbara will love this modern day fairy.

Wow Debbie, this is fantastic my friend. Your fairy is so charming and so darling and look how much fun she is having with her ma... (er science). Those pig tails have me grinning from ear-to-ear my friend. I love how you stenciled the background and how that adds to the ma.. (er sciene) of this card; especially with this little fairy's magic wand. Fun! ~Karen.
