They are very helpful.
After coloring the image, stenciled the sun to follow the sketch. Added some grass and flowers, and did sponging around the edges. This is a birthday card for my son-in-law. TFL Off to pick strawberries today. Yummy!

I was thinking a big bright sun is just perfect for this sketch, and your little gnome looks like will be blessed with a sunny day to celebrate. Not the case here in my part of the world. 90% chance of rain all day.

Delightful gnome..your shading is amazing especially on that red hat. Have fun picking...I went yesterday,,been enjoying shortcake, made jam, and froze some! So far the highlight of the summer.
