I made this card for the 800th Technique Challenge: Scrape Painting! Wow...800! Congrats!
I created a couple of panels with some neon colors using the Scrape Painting technique. Such fun.
When it was dry, I stamped several images and added a variety of colors of glitter in several places. Then, I added some flowers with brads, before gluing panel into black layer and blue card!
Fun and easy Lyn! I'm glad you suggested Karen's tutorial. I've been wanting to try it and may make another card now!

I love your Dylusions stamps and how cool to add those flowers to it to add a little dimension to it too.

I love these eclectic stamps! the colors are really great. I used similar colors for my first one of these I did a couple of weeks ago. They come out fun! Cheerful card!

What a fun image and so well positioned on your background. Love your watermark with both your names, too ;-). The flowers you added are perfect with that whimsical floral lady. Don't you love it when a challenge knocks something off the "try this sometime" list to the "do it now" one.
