Phew. Wednesdays are hard work now that we have a watercolor challenge. Some day maybe I'll get better at this and it won't be so exhausting. I needed a birthday card for my friend. I always make her cards with black cats and pink glitter. So I stamped this adorable kitty and watercolored using my Spectrum Aqua markers. I chose green as my unexpected color. I am also building on what I've learned in the two previous challenges--I combined the black, green, and red that I used to watercolor this to make the grounding color.

Love your play on words. Your watercoloring is great using the markers. For me black and white are the hardest colors to do, and you nailed the black. You must have been a good student in school...like how you used the mixture to ground your object. Hope to see you every Wednesday.

Oh, too, too cute and I like the added green. Good for you for remembering the earlier challenges and doing the mixing for the grounding, too. No, bet she isn't kitten you. LOL

Well, I like your friend! Pink glitter and kitties, I know we would be fast friends! I would give this kitty a kiss on the nose IRL! This card is so pretty and I love the pop of color!
