Angie gave us a most fun watercolor challenge this week using a tutorial from Lydia. We watercolor an image and use an unexpected color/s.
My unexpected color is on his hindquarters and a little red in the tree. I was in a Christmas card mood.
I watercolored the die cut moose and tree, then brushed on some sky and ground snow. I splattered the sky snow with my toothbrush and a little with the white gel pen.

This is so much fun! I love Christmas cards. I love this jaunty moose! It looks like he has a spring in his step on this beautiful winter day you created for him! Beautiful card.

This is a delightfully cool card for the new WC challenge. I love the icy blues and the nice contrast of those browns! That reindeer is surely strutting his stuff! Your background is gorgeous.

This is such a fun Christmas card Brenda, loving the red in the tree and the yellow in the Moose, which works beautifully with these images I think. Such a great card.

Wild abandon is the feeling this card evokes in me! and indeed those lemon yellow hind quarters put a smile on my face . . . .(I think that's what I'd look like with neon yoga pants - lol)
