Jeanne is our hostess in the Color Challenge this week, and she is going all soft and feminine on us, with Blushing Bride, Rococo Rose and Pear Pizzazz as her colors, and Roses and Pearls as her dessert option!
It is rare when I find a DS paper in my stash that goes with the Color Challenge, but I scored on that front this week! The dies are my brand new May die kit from Spellbinders. I love the lacy edge these dies create. The rose stamps and dies, not so much! These are from a magazine and they are not the quality that this company is known for. They will be finding a new home next week!
It's hard to see in the photo, but there are 14 little pearls on the upper lacy strip. Dessert!
Thanks for stopping by, please take good care of yourself! I hope you can find time to play along with us this week with these beautiful colors!

Barbara, I think your card turned out wonderfully! The sentiment is sweet and the background paper is so delicate and pretty. It's quite disappointing when a stamp doesn't work out as well as you expect (been there!), but I think this rose looks lovely.

What a beautiful card! I love the small printed background paper, perfect for the challenge! Your pearl accent on the lace trim is embellishes the card beautifully! TFS
