I began with a piece I lifted some Alcohol inks onto some cardstock. Next I added some stenciling and stamping along the edges.
I placed the piece into my Misti and stamped the flower. I stamped it again then fussy cut it out then glued it over the stamped image.

you really captured your inspiration and then added just so much more!! i think the nails were done with ai. beautiful ai lifting and the flower is such a perfect touch!

While I know blue on blue is your signature style, I just adore when you take a walk on the wild side and work with other colors. I always find these cards real stand outs! I love how the bright palette just draws the eye in to catch the glimpses of stamped & stenciled designs inside the color. Just GORGEOUS!

I actually have had fun nails like these. LOVE your composition of colors and contrasts. Even the shape and smoothness of your flower petals could be abstract fingernails. Very cool.
