I love Mary's Color combination this week: Lovely Lipstick + Blueberry Bushel + Balmy Blue. Enamel Dots is the dessert option. I've so enjoyed having Lovely Lipstick and Blueberry Bushel as Stampin' Up! In Colors these past few years. Luckily, I think the guidelines for this challenge mean they could still show up in a few more color challenges over the coming year.
I've done a few more of these cards that kind of look like the corner of a tablecloth and I've been thinking it would be fun to try one with this lace edged rectangle die. The bouquet that coordinates seemed like a natural for this graduation card.
The coloring was done with Blends alcohol markers. For some time I've been using the Light Night Of Navy Blends as a fill in for Blueberry Bushel and it seems to work pretty well.
Though I used to have some enamel dots in these colors, apparently I've used them up so I used my Blends markers to turn some gold glitter dots into Lovely Lipstick Dots.

The simplest little touch can create such dynamism! This does look like the corner of a tablecloth on a wood table. Love the flowers, so beautifully colored, love the lacy edging. Just beautiful, Chris!
