This was the very first Tent card I've ever done so I did struggle a bit. I fussy cut the aperture in the front of the card then overlaid with some die cut seaweed, the octopus that was sponged with wilted violet and then dotted with silver WOS. The sea shells and seahorse the had been cut from and old acrylic paint bg reject. On the center pop up I fussy cut some sandy dunes, and overlaid with some die cut sea grasses - the die cut crab was sponged with red. The back wall was originally the same DP as the front but it lost all perspective so I covered it with a piece of plain pale bluegrey. Attached another sea plant - this time in gold metallic, added some Nuvo drop bubbles and a squid die cut from lilac, sponged with Royal blue with some white gel pen accents. I attached the squid to the back wall with a small spring coil so he would pop out just a bit.

Favourited. I totally love this. It reminds me of one of those little snow-globe type things I had as a child, but mine wasn't a snow globe, it was an aquarium. And long after it broke, I kept some of the little bits from inside it. This is just brilliant, and one would never know it was your first attempt at any type of tent card.

I have watched a few programs on PBS about octopus and I'm fascinated by them. I love your cute purple one. You fussy cut that opening??? Well done. You did better than I did on your first. I will try again.

Wow, Linda, this is incredible! What fabulous undersea die cuts you have. Love the effect you created on your card front. There is just so much to take in. Love it!
