Hi Cathy! Thanks for hosting today. I love layers, however, this was so much fun! I cut my watercolor paper to 4.25" X 5.5," so that it covers the whole base card and is my one layer. After stamping and watercoloring my image, I splattered some of the leftover green paint in tiny splatters on the empty areas avoiding the image, as much as possible. Stamped the sentiment and that was my one layer, ready to attach to the card! The green that you see is paper that I put behind my card to photograph it! This is for a dear friend! I hope she will like it. Thanks for looking! Have a great afternoon! ~Chrysi

Your flowers are beautiful, Chrysi, and I love the splatters! Some how a watercolor panel is just not complete without the splatters! Thank you so much for playing along with the one layer challenge...so glad you enjoyed the process!
