Our challenge today is - one layer.
Die cut the border. Sponged the inside only under the border to better show the shells. Masked and stenciled the water, then sponged lighter blue over the stenciled waves. Dry embossed sailboat die over the water edge. Stamped the sentiment. Used a pen to draw 3 seagulls and added three dew drops.
Just one layer - mission accomplished.
