After fussy cutting each balloon, I found them to be too bright so I toned them down with a sponge and choc. chip ink; ended up using it on the sentiment, blue panel and dp, and I really like it. Each balloon & sentiment are popped up. Added some ribbon using a hardware piece. Karen and I decided to get inspired by the balloons and it's interesting how our cards turned out quite similar today! Thanks for stopping by! ~Roberta

omg! I had this all written, then scooted up to look again and everything is gone! I love your fix. Your toned down balloons look fabulous. Pretty papers too and this makes a wonderful birthday card.

Lovely card, Roberta. Seems it would work for either sex with the colors you have chosen. Always fun to see your and Karen's tandem entries for the IC challenge.
