This card is for the Teapot Party and like the mad hatter I am late. I am also sure that this card will be very late due to the mail but I hope that the recipient does not mind.
Jean likes green, cats and flowers so I chose items in my stash that would cover all.
I love this SU cat image and after stamping, added the wall stencil using 2 different colours. The rest of the image was coloured using Copics...I am still learning how to use these and I went over the cat with my black fine journalling pen.
The sentiment was heat embossed in white and the butterfly and bling added. The butterfly came out of a bag of butterflies that a friend on this site, Helen aka Helekins sent to me. I love them and she sent me all sizes.
The trickiest part on this card was making the double bow. Linda aka Bubblesstx4 had sent me a video some time ago on how to do this and I never get it right first time. This finally came together after about 5 attempts.
I am still thinking of the sentiment inside but will choose something appropriate and add some stamped flowers before it wings it's way across the oceans.
This card will also go in this week's sketch challenge.
TFL. Happy day

Jayne your double bow looks lovely, as does everything else here. Jean will love this for sure. Our cards from down under will probably arrive late June...it can be a mini teaparty LOL.

Jayne, if that cat had a little brown, she would look like Chloe, my grand kitty. That is the cutest image and your coloring looks great. I like the bricks. Nice touch and what pretty paper.
