CT = Get Moving . . .Wanna see a 72 year old woman run like greased lightning?? Bees get me moving like that!
I used chalk pastels applied with cotton balls to set my scene. Then die cut the TH mixed media honey comb for a place for my bees to nest. I do have several bee stamps but they were all much too large for my idea so downloaded a digi swarm, colored with Arteza markers and fussy cut.
Stamped my AI lady with Gina K ink, colored with prismacolor pencils & gamsol then fussy cut removing the skateboard she was riding and her 3 large shopping bags . . .I now officially have my runner. Layered my elements over the scene and added the dire words Uh OH in Cappuccino ink.
Inside sentiment:
The buzz around here is you're another year older
You can't run from that SO . . .
You might as well Just enjoy your day
and have a Happy Birthday!

That look on her face assures me that she knew she was gonna beat those buggers. This actually happened to my DH...5 stings and amazingly, he was ok. I'm inspired to pull out my chalks.
