CT= Get moving so I made a wiper card with it's pop up surprise.
This was the first time I tried this type of card and while the folds were simple, the Wiper element took me several hours (& several you tube videos) to figure out . . . . that actually surprised me as I am pretty mechanically inclined!
Die cut my balloons then overlaid with scraps of vellum and die cut numbers to proclaim my granddaughter's upcoming 15th Birthday. I Found several pages of mini posters in a Recollections paper pad and decided to decorate the back wall like it was a teenagers bedroom. Decorated the bottom bans with a simple strip of washi tape then added another mini poster and sentiment. My pop up surprise is a hip teenage girl in all her glory, colored with prismacolor pencils & gamsol, then fussy cut and attached to the Wiper Mechanism.

I came across your popped up version first and not knowing what a wiper card was, was perplexed. Thanks for showing the "closed" version, so I could crawl out from under my rock and be enlightened by you. What an amazing, full of love, fun and suppportive WOW card.
