The kraft die cut panel was swooshed with some Distress Oxides and then dried. It was then stencilled with the same colours - it is too subtle for the camera. The die cut sentiment is double layered from green and also a scrap of green polished stone alcohol ink card I had left from Easter - you wouldn't know that either! The poppy was die cut in white and the centre piece die cut again in black. Sadly this is late for a birthday that is today and I only remebered this morning which I saw the challenge. My inspiration was this piece https://liagriffith.com/felt-anemone-flowers/

Love your color palette of Kraft and white with a dash of lime green, Janine. Stunning card with the white poppies against the pretty Kraft die cut panel.

This gorgeous birthday card is certainly worth the wait Janine. I think it is kind of fun to have one's birthday extended by a few days so just think of it that way instead of being late. Your white poppy is gorgeous and really does look so much like your inspiration poppies! ~Karen.
