A card for a friend who is tired of staying home all the time! This should lift her spirits; it's also for her birthday--sentiment inside "Hope your day is on Cloud Nine" from the SS. Also fits the Fan Club Theme of "Eyes Up, Rise Up," because you can't see hot-air balloons unless you look up! And colorful balloons floating thru the air always raises spirits, I think.
The "ground" is a leftover piece from another project. I tried to match the colors from the PP to the colors of CS I used in the die-cut layers for the big balloon. I thought a polka-dotted sky would make Kristy smile! The clouds were stamped on pink CS & die-cut & popped up with dimensionals. Both balloons are popped up also; I added some WOS to the smaller balloon (hard to tell in the photo).
I fussy-cut an orange blossom from another leftover piece of the PP, & popped it up over the one on the "ground" panel. Stamped the sentiment in the corner, & added some bling here & there. TFL!

What a glorious card this is for the Fan Club challenge and for your friend Kristy too. This color combination is such a happy one along with these gorgeous balloons and of course, pink clouds (I love that!). But it is your flowered ground that is the wonderfully unexpected surprise here that I love the most. You might be doing some enabling my friend now that I see how you have used these fabulous balloon dies. Your friend is going to be thrilled with this card Liz- THRILLED! ~Karen.
