I made this kitty card for the Teapot Challenge by Jen for Jean who lost her husband in March. She likes cats and the color green.
Inside verse: May each SUNRISE give you more HOPE, and each SUNSET give you more peace.
I made this mosaic card using 4 different patterned papers. I stamped the mosaic stamp on the papers and fussy cut the squares out, then glued onto my card base. I die cut the cats in the window out of shiny black paper, adding green gems for their eyes.

What a fantastic mosaic background. It gives a very Art Deco vibe to me, paired with that wonderful cat die-cut. And what a great sentiment, I'm going to make a note of that one.

Lovely uplifting card with your inside message. Wonderful patchwork like bg for your die cut with the cats. The green sparkling eyes were a great addition.

wow, lots of cutting and piecing went into this....that diecut is outstanding, if I was truly a cat person, I'd want this. Love the green eyes. I enjoy my grandkitties, when they notice me, but I'm still pretty much about dogs. Neighbor just got a beagle puppy. I'm in love.

What a gorgeous card! I love your sentiment and might have to add it to my little book of sentiments! Love all the mosaics and all the work that went into this card! The green eyes on the cats certainly adds to the card. TFS

I can only echo what everyone else has said: The mosaic is fabulous as is the die. The green for the cats' eyes is a great touch. And, that sentiment is definitely something I would like to use in the future. Wonderful card.
