Please tell me you sang that title...ok, I'm dating myself. For you youngins, this was a popular song by Tom Jones in the mid-1960's: "What's new pussycat, whoa oh whoa oh whoa". It was actually nominated for an Oscar.
For this week's Teapot Tuesday challenge, Jean loves green so I made an alcohol background using Copic reinkers (G14, G03, G09). Punched the edge, added the cute cat die, which was a gift from a friend, and the die cut letters then glued it to a piece of black cardstock to give it an edge and a finish. Popped that up with foam tape onto the card base.
I hope Jean gets the joke. Or at the least, that it makes her smile. Hope something happens today that makes you smile too.

Fabulous card for Jean. The green is so bright and cheery. The wavy edge is excellent. Love the die-cut cat for this panel. Great job. I know the song and I'm singing it!

Man, this is so cute. I have been thinking about trying an alcohol background lately, so it is so fun to see this glorious green one you did with copic reinkers no less. I had no idea you could do this. I also love the mix of letters all off set. Okay, now I will be singing that song too, ha, ha.

Yes, that IS the song that popped into my head when I saw your card, even before I read your description!! :-) Great cat die, and that background is fabulous!

This brought a HUGE smile to my face today Debbie. What a fun way to make a card using inspiration from Tom Jones and your gifted kitty cat die. Your alcohol background is ah-mazing and really showcases your image and words beautifully. I love the fancy edge too! I know this card will bring a lot of joy to Jean! ~Karen.
