Oh Dear - Canva is one of those "rabbit hole" websites and I have been wandering through for 3 hours now. Time to choose an inspiration and get a card made . . . I finally settled on this invitation
I loved that you could see the bg through the glasses - now how to capture that . . . I tried embossing acetate and fussy cut it but when I put it against the bg it got totally lost. My next option was embossed vellum - better but still no "life" and I was not happy with how it looked when attached - finally I decided to just use card stock and lose the "see through" option but to capture a bit of the feel, I brayered a Royal Satin rainbow pad over the inside of my embossing folder before running it thru the Big Shot. Fussy cut and adhered to the dp. Computer generated a sentiment which was also fussy cut.
This will go to my previously teetotaller daughter who has learned the joys of an afternoon glass of wine since having to home school her 2 boys!

That is a beautiful photo, Linda, and I hear you on the rabbit hole effect. Your card turned out well...love the bg and besides, those ‘rejects’ today could be just the stash you pull out next time! What time is it anyway...time for bubbly. Well done.

Love your saying. I recently adopted it in regards to coffee. I was always buying the cheap stuff but I decided I deserved the more pricey brands. I do however like cheap wine from Aldi’s.

It does have a bit of a shine to it...and I love the sentiment...a glass of wine is good for the soul. Too bad it took home schooling to get your DD to enjoy a glass. Fun card!

So not true. I will drink ANY wine.......from a cardboard box, even! Your card is wonderful, Linda. My neurosurgeon told me to drink two glasses of wine every day, and I do. Do you want his #?????

Great card for your DD...kudos to her for teaching her two sons. She will enjoy your card immensely! Love how you did your bg and the still life is wonderfully done.
(Kudos to YOU for "keeping up appearances" during this stay at home time.)
