This is one of my favorite stamps. I don't know why, but it is. I love to use these cool rain drops with it, too. The umbrella and her coat are dp from the same paper pack as the background paper. I added crystal effects to the bottom of the drops. After masking the image and sponging the baja breeze on, I spritzed it with water.

I love those water drop stamps as well. I used one on my card too. I love this in the pink. I also love the sentiment and the way it is attached and works into this pretty design.

You pulled this together so beautifully, Pam. I love those raindrops, too. I have some droplet stamps, too, but never have really experimented with them. I will now, thanks to your inspiration. Fav'd.
