Jeanne has asked us to bring Frames this week to the Free4All. I was in need of a birthday card and decided to capture the moment in a film strip. There are balloons going on, plenty of bubbly, and a snarky cat driving home the gaiety!
This was such fun to construct! It's going to a neighbor's husband who is turning 72 today. That's reason enough to celebrate, right?!!! Let's lift a virtual glass to him. Hip, Hip, Hooray, John...I know you had plans to be in Hawaii...guess you'll just have to settle for this silly card. Big hugs...virtually, of course.
Thanks for stopping by.

Fun card, Susan! Your marvelous collage of images had me scrolling back up several times. Love the snarky sentiment combined with the cat. Birthday cheers to John!

I cannot wait for the day when I get to hang over your shoulder and watch a master at work. This VERY SPECIAL card is LOADED with style, textures, shapes, layers, colors, pop-outs, personalization, details and shine. I count 17 separate elements going on creating a party all in itself. Thank you!! We toast to YOU!

So many fun things to look at here Susan! I just ordered those wonky cats after trying to resist - love that sentiment, your tall cocktail with all the bubbles and all the fun colors! a great card for your friend John (not quite as nice as being in Hawaii - but will do in the meantime I'm sure!!)

Oh my goodness Susan, this is so much fun. I have looked at this many times, and this cat makes me smile big every single time. What a great card this is for the challenge. Hugs! ~Karen.
